You have made my transition back to work so much easier because of the caring person that you are and the wonderful dayhome environment that you provide for Marin. Thanks so much for calling me at work on Marin's first day to make sure that I was okay. You are a great "second mom" for Marin. Time and time again you put Marin's interests and needs ahead of your own. I feel very comfortable in knowing that Marin will have a good day every day and that she is always well cared for. She gets excited about going to your house and once we're at your house, she is quick to send me on my way so that she can get on with her day with you. Darren and I also want to thank you for being flexible and understanding when we run into timing issues at pick up time. You are the best!

Dear Negin;

I would like to express my heartfelt joy and gratitude in having Negin as the caregiver for my two sons. As a stay-at-home mom for 4 years, dropping my children off each day and entrusting them with another person to care for them was a little hard to swallow. Negin has been an absolute dream for me as well as my children. My children love going to her house, they receive so much attention from Negin and she is very affectionate with them. My baby, who is 15 months old, runs to hug her when I drop him off. She feeds them the most wholesome foods made from scratch. So thank you, Negin for making my life so much easier and for making my children's lives so much richer.

We just wanted to take a minute to let you know how wonderful we think you are! Evan loves going to the "green house" everyday and looks forward to seeing all his friends, especially your son Richard. Evan says he'd make a great big brother.

When we pick Evan up, he can't wait to tell us about all the great things he did and made that day. He is very proud of all the crafts and pictures he makes and he loves playing dress up and games both inside and out with all the other kids. And we are pleased that he is learning new skills and words all the time. We could not ask for a more loving, caring and safe day-home to send our son to.

My son has only been in Alice's care for a few months. I feel Alice truly cares for the kids and takes a special interest in each one of them. My son seems very happy to go to Alice's every morning which made my transition back to work so much easier.

Dear Lorraine;

I want to thank you for everything you've done for Morgan and Alex. I can't tell you how much it means to me to come home and have my children run to the door yelling "look what I did!" They are so proud of each drawing they do with you, the little bird houses they made and of their Christmas and Valentine cards. I love ending my day reading about their adventures in their daily journals. I laugh at the stories you tell about them, and I'm utterly amazed at the variety of activities you do

with them during the run of a day. I go to work everyday with the peace of mind that my children are happy, healthy and

well cared for. That means more to me than I can say. Thank you!

Every month I read the newsletter and think to myself that I must make time to tell you about Tracey and how truly wonderful she is. Well I have finally made the time and this is what our family would like to say: Our family has been truly blessed with Tracey. Our little girl is the most valuable thing we have in our lives and she couldn't be in better hands. She was only nine months old when she started attending Tracey's Dayhome. Tracey has been a big part of Alexandra's milestones as she helped Alexandra learn to walk, sit not stand on the couch, feed herself and to share (which she still struggles with). Each day when we drop off Alexandra, Tracey's home is always so happy, loving, busy and clean ( I wish I knew her secret)!!!! Alexandra always smiles as we approach and that truly says it all. And if ever more proof was needed all you would have to do is meet Tracey's daughter. Tracey. we hope you know we value you and genuinely appreciate all you have done for Alexandra and for us.

We are very pleased with Marcie (our caregiver) I can't imagine that there would be a caregiver out there better than Marcie. Our daughter loves going to her house and Marcie is always planning fun activities for the kids. She is top notch!

We have had several dayhome/daycare experiences with our kids. Our experience with Aurora has given us the utmost confidence that our kids are getting the best care outside of family it'self. Aurora goes well above her roll in ensuring the safety, well being and happiness of our kids. Our kids and our family are so much "richer" in our lives, in having Aurora in ours.

This past November we moved to Riverbend (across the city) so we had to find a new dayhome. First of all, I wanted to say thank you to all of you for all the help and resources you provided for this transition. I was really worried that my son Connor would have a hard time adjusting to a new dayhome after he had been in the same one for 3 years. Secondly, I just wanted to let you guys know what a wonderful dayhome you suggested I place my son in. Her name is Patti. When I first met her, she was warm and friendly and invited me in for coffee to discuss Connor. Not only was I excited that Connor would have a playmate the same age (Patti's daughter), but she made me feel really comfortable about leaving Connor in her care while I work. 3 months ago, Connor could barely recite the ABC's without mistake. Due to Patti's (and her whole family!) wonderful teaching and learning through play, Connor can not only say the ABC's in his sleep but he can locate, sound out and say at least one word that starts with each and every letter of the alphabet. He is learning more about rules and life than I could ever imagine at this age. Patti has taken the 'dayhome' to a whole new level and couldn't ask for a better person (family) to help us raise our son while we are at work! She is a wonderful addition to your agency!
